Following an initial consultation, we conduct a comprehensive walkthrough of your current home to assess inventory and priorities for the next chapter. This phase determines the full scope of support and informs a tailored proposal. Engagement may include strategic editing and packing, comprehensive home setup, or focused support within select spaces.
By the end of this visit, scope, timeline, and service level are clearly defined so the transition feels intentional from the outset.

NEW HOME PLANNING + PREPARATION
Once engaged, we visit the new home to confirm room assignments, discuss how each space will function day to day, and gather the measurements and documentation needed for accurate planning. This visit ensures placement decisions reflect both the design of the home and how your family intends to live within it.
If editing and packing are included, belongings are thoughtfully reviewed and packed by destination. This streamlines move-in and ensures only what serves the next chapter is reintroduced. Donation and removal services are coordinated as needed.
Behind the scenes, detailed zone planning is finalized, organizing materials are sourced with both function and aesthetic in mind, and vendor timelines are coordinated to support a smooth transition.

MOVE-IN + IMPLEMENTATION
During move week, our team works alongside movers to ensure priority spaces are addressed first — whether that begins with the kitchen, bedrooms, or another daily zone.
Because of the preparation completed in advance, the home comes together with clarity and intention. Systems are implemented in real time, refined as needed, and adjusted thoughtfully as belongings find their place.
Many families prefer to focus on other move-related priorities while we complete the installation, stepping into a home where beds are made, kitchens are operational, and daily essentials are already in place.

COMPLETION + REFINEMENT
Once the home comes together, we guide you through each newly organized space, providing clarity around placement and flow. Final adjustments are made, additional materials installed as needed, and packing debris removed so the home feels complete, not transitional.
When helpful, a Home Systems Overview can be provided to summarize categories and support long-term maintenance. Optional refinement visits may be scheduled once daily rhythms settle.
